I use Blaze Media Pro...

As you can see from the description screen, that baby comes with a shitload of conversion options, all I can think of...This is a tutorial on how to convert .wma files to .mp3 files as quickly as possible...Once you download and install the program, get it opened, you are greeted by the convert audio option...

Choose convert to MP3:

Once that opens up, add files to your conversion queue by clickin the green icon to the left and browsing to your file...Once you click it and add it, it should show up in your conversion window...

What ever the default conversion frequency is (I believe 44100) leave it at that...The second option allows you to choos the bit rate you want for the conversion to MP3...Choose which is good for you (In relation to file size, 128 - 256, with 192 being optimal IMO) I usally use the best quality conversion, I'm not in a hurry...And, as I've been graciously reminded by emanon, re-encoding a file at a higher bit rate that the original will not increase the quality..! If it was 128 to start, you will probably want to re-encode @ that same bit rate...Playing a file in any media player should tell you the bitrate...I use WinAmp myself, and use the file properties option...

After that, click the CONVERT Icon, which is the last button on the right....That will bring up the option to choose your output file...

After that, it will start converting...

When its finished the list, you will have a converted audio file(s) in your output folder...Delete .wma's, give one hail AYHJA... /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

Conversions between other file types, even video, works just as well...

Cheers..!

Hail AYHJA!
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

Soren Kierkegaard
