I think I'm gonna have that spot locked up by week 4...
Yo erokero, dude you have a black mark on your team somehow that transcends seasons and time.

The injury imp follows you wherever you go, man. Think about it.

Last year it was Brady, Reggie Bush, Mendenhall, Peyton Hillis, Marion Barber, Brandon Jacobs, Colston, Boldin, Winslow, Chris Perry (what the hell happened to this guy?), Burleson (must've been somethun in the WR waters in Seattle) , etc. not to even mention your free agent pickups (besides Hillis).

That's at least 10 players! I don't think my team had any significant injuries outside of Portis and Gore, who each might have missed/were limited in 3 games total.

It's unbelievable how in the 75 picks (9 rounds!) of the draft, only Chris Cooley paid your team continued dividends (but only one redzone catch).

Now look at the first two weeks of the season: Welker was out this week, maybe now even longer, Greg Jennings wrist hurt, now you shipped him off, Marion Barber needs to learn how to take of his legs and he's iffy for a few weeks (stretch before the game, big guy!), whoa, you have Kevin Walter, and he's done nothing yet (he was in the free agent pool for 13 weeks last year before I pcked him up). It's a matter of time with Jacobs, as everyone knows, but you've got his capable backup in Bradshaw, so you're somewhat covered there. Things do not look bright.

Post-Edit: it seems last year, it was my team who drafted Reggie Bush and Deuce McCallister. I don't think either of them were on my team after week 3. I also drafted DeAngelo Williams, and we all know what happened the moment I dropped him (everyone but me, because I didn't even know I drafted DeAngelo until this July).

Good luck, ero. You need all the rabbit's paws and horseshoes you can find. :cross:

Yeah Ero hasn't been too lucky but then again most of my team was healthy last year and I still got my ass kicked so sometimes it just doesn't matter. Ero will be alright this year, Golden Boy is a little rusty right now but he'll ratchit up by midseason and carry Ero to the championship game vs Ube.

Man, maybe I should be taking bribes to NOT have guys from your fav teams on my roster!

Well, at least my Bears seem to be finding their way on offense.... :victory:

Well, yeah, at the expense of Forte.

I totally pulled an "ero" this week, when I dropped both Greg Olsen and Devin Hester, and they were the only two TD recipients from Chicago. It's uncanny. I had to drop them, though. Everybody in the world who does not rank players on a weekly basis hates haggling for trades. :sarcasm:

Half of my teams won big, and the other half lost bad.

Ya know it's not often I get to meet someone with worse luck than me but Ero...you bring a tear to my eye and give me reason to believe I may not be the most cursed individual on Earth... I love ya brother!

Thanks DL, you're my boy too.... even if you do like the Red Sox.... even good people make mistakes. :p

j/k buddy. Sorry, my other friend is moving back to Boston so I've been in rag on Beantown lately. Plus had an A-hole Seahawks fan sitting next to me at the bar yesterday $#!+ talking all game long. Well until the Bears won, then I just offered a handshake and said "Good game man". Boy did I get a dirty look after that. It was priceless! :laff:

Oh yes I forgot you were a Yanks fan too...funny how evil can still envelop even the naive. Come to the light my son become a Sox fan.

But that Chicago game was something if only for the post game rant by Mora afterwards....WoW! I wouldn't want to be that kicker this week.

I now hate fantasy football, if only because I can't seem to offer a "fair enough" trade without offering either my 1st or 2nd pick. If I even offer what looks like a productive player, it gets shot down immediately unless he has a proven name. It sucks. Still, I don't like trading very much, but it seems all I ever have is an excess of starting receivers, and they all look like better options to start than either Andre Johnson or Larry Fitzgerald. But, I can't get rid of them to save my life. I only want a better RB.
