A lot of the early losses were just mental mistakes, but recently it's starting to look like just an inferior team. How long overdue do you consider the Wade firing, if at all.

Long overdue, the boys have been playing like shit man...Especially on defense, and if you're a defensive coach..? Yeah, that's a problem...Might be time for a full house clean...

Everybody is talking about Gruden next season, I'm wondering why nobody is looking at Rob Ryan...

The biggest problem though in my opinion is JJ. I mean it's fine you're the owner but how bout stepping back and hiring a professional personel man to hire his own coach and draft his own players and stay outa the football side of things and work on marketing your team and the League.

I agree, but I also feel that they're at a point now where nobody is going to want to work for him...Not these big name guys, anyway...He wont' hire Gruden and be able to get away with treating him that way and people clamoring for the job...He certainly won't get to hire a blue collar guy like Bill Cowher...

Inferior? What changed from last year when they were 11-5? Who did they lose on the roster? Flozell Adams and Ken Hamlin are the only people I noted are gone. That turns an 11-5 team into a #1 overall draft pick team?

^ If there was an easy answer to that, they probably wouldn't still be losing. Who knows why they're just terrible this year. Guys getting older/ not buying into the coaches' scheme/ not caring as much/ making more mental mistakes... who knows. All I know is that this just doesn't look like the same team as last year.

How is their schedule this year compared to last? They have been putting up decent points until Romo got injured. Next to last in the NFL in rushing yards per game (is that due to loss of Flozell Adams?) so it puts a lot of pressure on the pass offense. The defense seems to be worse this year.

Who replaced Flozell Adams?

My problem with the offense is Jason Garrett. He refuses to run the ball. He was on teams that won championships by running the rock. I think this year he either wins alot and stays or tanks and Jerry needs to fire him before the fans start writing even more hate mail. As someone who lives in michigan I don't go to crazy. But in texas where the cowboys is like a religion. Losing is not going to fly to long there. Listening to radio shows from online stations in that area can give you incite into how crazy the fanatics can get in that area.

Give Garrett a chance he just got the job. He has a lot of bad habits to purge from the system under Phillips. But I think Romo is maybe the most overrated player* currently goin in the NFL so I still don't expect much from that team.
