Targeting Terrorism

I was flipping through the channels the other night and saw an ad for this specail. They were showing clips of 9/11, the bombing in Madrid, the bombings in London. It's called Targeting Terrorism. It's on Discovery on Dec 4 at 7 PM ET.

What's the angle..? I might have to check it out...? Are they on the execution, the aftermath, the likelihood of another or similar attacks..?

Well, it was like 2 in the AM, so I'm not 100% sure. lol I'll try to find more details, though.
