OK except for Turner and Johnson who on my team do you like IO? If it makes sense I'll stongly consider it.

I'll take a look at your team right now, but I meant this as a "general grievance", not specific to this league. I haven't offered or thought about a trade here yet, but I'm certainly equipped to make one.darklighter1 wrote:OK except for Turner and Johnson who on my team do you like IO? Post-edit:
Wow, dl1, why are you starting Mark Clayton? Was he drafted to your team, or did you pick up him up Later?
Mason, although a year younger than Terrell Owens, is clearly the better option in Baltimore. He still has some good hands and appreciable yards after the catch.
Plus, this is a PPR league, and if uninjured, Derrick still has the potential to nab 80+ balls.
Also, I just dropped Donnie Avery, and after Steven Jackson and some unknown H-back TE, there's no else in St. Louis to catch the balls save for Avery. Plus, now that Bulger is concussed, things look brighter for the sophomore WR.
Waiver him as soon as you can.
Oh, wait... wasn't this a trade overview?
Would you like Antonio Bryant? Dude, I don't even know what i can ask of you in return if you do like him; nearly all of your RBs play in the AFC, and not the powerhouse ones. Would you like the Eagles D/ST + Antonio Bryant for the NYG D/ST?

You got great value with Winslow on your team (even though I don't think you were present at the draft)... he's got the same points total as Jason Witten this far in the season.
Alright, here is a serious offer:
Ray Rice
NYG D/ST
for
Reggie Bush
Antonio Bryant
Eagles D/ST
thoughts?

Hmmmm....considering...considering.....ehhhhhh....no. It's not bad but I really don't want to part with the Giants D. I really think it's going to be one of my biggest point providers this year.
Oh ad Whitten sucks. Totally overrated Fantasy player. I had him last year on one of my teams and he was a consistent disappointment. I know my team isn't great but I like how things shake out right now. I think you'll be surprised at how Clayton is going to be too.

But look at it this way, your team is just that much stronger the rest of the season since you're done w/ most of your bye weeks.
@DL, I don't think Whitten sucks it's just he gets hurt from Romo's inconsistent play and in past years TO's whining. Dallas is much better when they focus on the run and Whitten, rather than when they would try to force the ball to TO.

Well I suppose that's true enough but although he's a strong REAL player his stats don't add up to much in FANTASY. He may benefit with the absence of TO though I guess. Hadn't thought of that.erokero85 wrote:But look at it this way, your team is just that much stronger the rest of the season since you're done w/ most of your bye weeks.

Re: Fantasy Football 2009 [AF Elite]
Man, I loved Jerricho Cotchery in the preseason, (only viable option left in NJ after L. Coles left, and he could've turned out to be a rookie QB's best friend, like Flacco's Mason, or Ryan's White) and turns out he is just as valuable as Randy Moss at this point in the year. Also, who would've thought that Randy Moss would become the penultimate possession receiver in the league, let alone in NE?
I only own Cotchery in two leagues but I have yet to start him; and I start Randy every week in three, I think.
This week is the first week I will start both of them.
Who's your fantasy crush at this (early) point in the season?
