People seem to forget that he was the offensive coordinator for the past four years. It was his offense that screwed up this season. Let take that back. He was the assistant head coach who got paid more than Wade. Think about that.
Yeah but does the offensive coordinater instill discipline? Is he the guy in charge of the defense too which equally sucked? All I saw was a team that started playing like they wanted it after Phillips was booted and without their starting QB who even though overrated is still better than Kitna. YOu gotta factor in too that maybe just maybe Dallas really isn't all that good. I kept hearing how talented they are but all I saw was a lot of hype. People pump them up cause they are the Dallas Cowboys and probably the preeminent team in the NFL but I just saw a bunch of marginal talent and alot of mouth.
